The Jofa All-Americans are chosen by members of the American Hockey Coaches Association (AHCA). Two six-man teams are chosen in the East and two in the West.  Of the 24 players earning Division III All-American status this year, 14 are seniors, nine are juniors, and one is a sophomore. Seven different schools are represented on the East squad, while six schools provide the 12 West All-Americans.

Also announced were the five finalists for  the AHCA College Division Player of the Year Award:
Goaltender David Haimson of Williams College, and forwards Curt Goldman of Middlebury, Marc Bellemare of Norwich, Steve Aronson of St. Thomas and Kevin Adam of Bethel.
