the National Meet. Several Others Narrowly Miss Qualifying.
Concordia qualified two athletes for the NCAA Division III national
meet to be hosted by Millikin University in Decatur, Ill on May 24-26.
Heidi
Brenden (Sr., Minot, N.D.) qualified
in both the 800 Meters and the 1500 Meter, while Alicia

Brenden ran an automatic qualifying time of 2:12.30 in the 800 Meters at the Kansas Relays and ran a provisional qualifying time of 4:39.12 in the 1500 Meters at the MIAC championship meet. Both times place her in the top 20 of the nation and earn her a spot in the national meet. her time in the 800 is the seventh fastest time in the nation. It is the third time in her four years that she has qualified for the national outdoor meet. Unfortunately Brenden will not be attending the meet as she will be participating in her brother's wedding on the same weekend.
Tull will be participating in her first national meet. She qualified with a throw of 144'2" at the Augustana meet on April 7th. Her toss is the 15th best in the nation. The finals in the discus will be held on Friday, May 25th at 3:00 pm.

meet. They all had provisionally qualifying performances but did not finish
in the top 24 of the nation to earn a national meet spot. They included:
