Cobbers Go Unbeaten in First Day of St. Mary's Tourney.
Concordia opened the opening day of the Sugarloaf Classic at St. Mary's by beating St. Norbert (WI) and Simpson (IA). The Cobbers opened the tournament by outlasting St. Norbert 3-2 (30-22, 25-30, 25-30, 30-23,16-14) in a five-game thriller. In the second match, the Cobbers swept Simpson 3-0 (30-22, 30-24, 30-16). With the two wins, the Cobbers improve to 6-1 on the year.

Concordia finishes the two-day tournament by playing Finlandia (MI) at 11:00am and then, in either the championship or third place game, at 1:00pm.
