Jerry Nathan (Sr., Fargo, N.Dak.Fargo South HS) was named to the MIAC All-Conference Team, and Dan Ravenhorst (Sr., Hollandale, Minn./Albert Lea HS) earned All-Conference Honorable Mention honors. It is the first time for both players to be honored with a postseason award.

Nathan and Ravenhorst helped lead the Cobbers through a comeback season where the team posted a 5-9-3 overall record - with seven of the nine losses coming by a single goal.

Nathan finished the year second on the team in overall scoring with  13 points (5 goals/3 assists). He finished tied for fifth in the MIAC in overall shots taken. He was switched from an attacking role to a more defending position mid way through the season and the team responded by winning two key conference games. The Cobbers also experienced a successful mid-semester break trip where they tied regionally-ranked Colorado College and lost in overtime to NCAA Division II, regionally-ranked UC-Colorado Springs. In the game against Colorado College, Nathan scored on a free kick with less than four minutes to go in regulation to force the overtime periods. For his career, he finished with 16 goals and 19 assists.

Ravenhorst played every minute of every game for Concordia during the 2003 MIAC season. He was the anchor of the Cobber backline that saw the team give up 11 goals in 10 conference games - five less than a year ago. He was given the duty of marking the opposing team's best player and was able to shut down most of the league's premier players. He is a four-year starter for Concordia.
