Men's cross country
Coached by Tom Dahlen, the men's cross country team moved up three slots from last year to earn a fifth place finish in the conference, Senior Mark Lingle, Park Rapids, Minn., finished first and set an MIAC meet record with a time of 26:38. He advanced to the national meet at Hope College, Holland, Mich., where he finished 11th and qualified as an all-America runner.
