Concordia senior forward Kendra Lee (Jamestown, N.Dak.) and sophomore defender Carmelle Johnson (Northridge, Cali.) earned MIAC postseason honors. Lee was named to the MIAC All-Conference team for the second consecutive year and Johnson was named to the all-conference honorable mention team.
Lee finished fifth in the MIAC in goals scored in conference games with five. She was also fifth in the league in total shots taken. Her five goals led the Cobbers in scoring in the MIAC. She finished with a total of 10 points. She also led the team in overall scoring with six goals and two assists.
For her career Lee had 42 goals and 38 assists for a total of 122 points. She finished second on the school's all-time scoring list for most points in a career.
Johnson was the anchor of the Cobber defense that helped Concordia win
four games in league play. She helped solidify a group of young defenders
and help close the gap between Concordia and the top teams in the MIAC.
It is the first postseason award for Johnson in her collegiate career.
