Soccer team moves up in the MIAC
The Concordia women's soccer team, who finished 8-5-2 just one year ago, finished the 1984 season with a 3-9-1 win-loss-tie record.
At the MIAC tournament hosted by Carleton and St. Olaf colleges Nov.
2-3, the Cobbers won their first game over St. Mary's College, but lost
in the semi-final round to eventual tournament winners, Gustavus Adolphus
College. The Cobbers lost their last game to Carleton and placed fourth
out of six teams, up from last year's fifth-place finish. Football team
ends with 4-5-1 record
