Head Coach Dean Hashbarger

1999 was Dean Hashbarger's 12th year as Concordia's head women's soccer coach. Dean coached the Cobbers to a top-20 national ranking in 1991 and has consistently improved their competitiveness within the MIAC. He is a USSF licensed coach and also coaches with the Red River Soccer Association.

Assistant Coach Deb (Idstrom) Hallquist

Deb is a 1992 Concordia graduate and a former 3-time all-conference player for the Cobbers. She was All-NCAA West Region in 1990 and is the leading career scorer in Concordia history. Deb has served as a Cobber assistant coach since 1992.
