go 10-4-3, 3rd in MIAC
The still-young Cobber men's soccer team had their best season ever under second year coach Jim Cella, breaking school records for wins (10), MIAC finish (3rd), goals (40), shutouts (6) and fewest losses (4). All-MIAC Men's Soccer Players: Andy Stotts, Edina, Sr. Forward Andy was the team leader and captain, scoring 4 goals and 6 assists. He was also named Academic All-MIAC with his 3.55 GPA in Communications/English. Mike Hashbarger, Fargo, Fr. Forward Mike broke school season records for goals (11) and points (33). Brian Mahan, Fargo, So. Forward Brian was honorable mention All-MIAC this year after an All-MIAC freshman year in '92. He was second in team scoring with 20 points. |
