Softball Third in MIAC at 15-6 The Cobber softball team posted a best-ever third place finish in the
MIAC with a 15-6 record, 21-14 overall. The young and talented Cobbers
were led by two All-Region
players, senior catcher Heidi Mueller ('99
Glenwood) and freshman pitching sensation Erin
Gunderson ('02, Princeton). Mueller earned
her second consecutive All-MIAC
award while hitting 3.64 with 6 home runs. Gunderson
posted a 1.77 ERA while winning 12 games and setting five Cobber pitching
records. She also batted .460.

Concordia then won the second game 3-1, a game that was called after 5 due to rain. Concordia is now 7-7 overall, 1-1 in the MIAC.
