The 1998 Cobbers placed a disappointing 7th in the MIAC after finishing 1st in 1995, 2nd in 1996 and 2nd again in 1997. Concordia finished the 1998 season 16-18 overall. 

The 1999 Cobbers hope to rebound under the leadership of 7th year head coach Tim Mosser and two-time All-MIAC hitter Anne Larson. 

Concordia opens its 1999 season September 1st when they host Moorhead State at 7:00. The Cobbers then host UND Friday Sept. 3.
