11/9/99 MIAC Coaches' Poll
Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference coaches in attendance at the annual men's/women's basektball press conference on Tuesday afternoon in St. Paul, Minn., held a preseason poll. Coaches were asked to list their predictions for the top three teams in the league.

MIAC women's coaches poll results were as follows:
1. St. Benedict
2. St. Thomas
3. Gustavus
4. Carleton
